1. What is SS?

SS stand for stone size. You will see this on the descriptions of stoned dresses. Please see the chart bellow to determine what the size of each stone is.

      SS 16 & SS 20

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We value our customers so we therefore value your privacy. This is why we use PayPal as our checkout system. We never see your credit card or bank account info. The only information we collect is the information necessary to ship the item(s) to you. EX. Shipping Address
We never sell this information to anyone and we personally will not mail anything to the address that you provide other then the item(s) you bought or anything that you request us to send to you.

Translation: We will not mail you any junk mail.

This business is co-owned by a daughter and father who work as a team. This gives us a nice balance of both masculinity and femininity.
We are Ballroom dancers so we have first hand experience in the after 5 and dance world.

2. How do I know what color the stoning of my dress will be?

Our goal is your satisfaction!
If for some reason there is a problem with the product please email us describing the problem so that we can arrange an exchange or store credit.

A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", and show no signs of wear! Please avoid getting makeup on the dress while trying it on. If it not in new condition (ex. stains, pulls, etc) an appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund.
B. A return Authorization should be requested immediately by e-mail and the item "shipped back" (post marked) within 3 days of "receiving" it, at the customers expense (2 days for rentals).
D. Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name, address, and a note stating the problem.
E. A $10 RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Important: please note: The item has to be back to us within 2 week from the time you received it. You cannot keep the item for several days and then decide to send it back. Thank you for your cooperation.
